The Double-roll Crusher (Twin-roll Crusher) is specially designed for the medium and fine crushing operations of various materials. It consists of two relatively rotating rolls. Materials enter through the feed inlet, are crushed by the extrusion and grinding of the two rolls, and the discharge particle size is controlled by adjusting the gap between the two rolls.

Applicable Materials

It can process solid materials with a compressive strength of less than 250 MPa and a moisture content of less than 35%, such as river pebbles, iron ore, quartz stone, limestone, basalt, granite, steel slag, cement clinker, construction waste, coal, etc.

Henan LEY Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, occupying 22,000 square meters of standard factory premises.
